Growing up, the "Inner Harbor" was everything! From the "fashion shows" we used to informally put on as we showcased our new Easter outfit or the stops we used to make after school to visit the food court. The memories that were made there are endless. So, it's only right that we created a lip shade to pays homage to those memories made at the Inner Harbor in the "middle" of our great city.
This butter is very unique as it is a duo-chrome. Depending on the light and the way you shift this butter picks up hues of gold, copper, and green. It can be applied very lightly to give a great shimmer, over another shade to give it dimension, or it can be built up to be the showstopper that it is!
